A federal judge in Kentucky is the latest to take Trump at his word when he says something controversial. Judge David J. Hale ruled against efforts by Trump's attorneys to throw out a lawsuit accusing him of inciting violence against protesters at a March 2016 campaign rally in Louisville.

If he carried on like that over here he'd have been locked up well before any elections were held and the charges would've "Hate speech inciting a riot" which carries quite a hefty fine plus punitive damages with a good bit of jail time for him to reflect on the trouble that his mouth caused.

We have many disagreements. But we do understand the evil of those who dismiss and/or excuse the murder and enslavement of over one billion innocent people.

Clyde everybody knows what American Freedom is all about . I seem to remember a certain war in your own country and how many people died in that (yet slavery in still there only now it's called the working class poor). then there's all those who are just numbers but where shot in the name of GUN freedoms and then there's all those that have died from no health cover and those that have health insurance but got really sick and are no longer are covered so die not to mention how many women die from the objections of the right to life mob. Then all them wrong full death in your jails , those that end up on the streets and die homeless broke because you don't have a decent social safety net and then all them wars you keep getting involved with but lose .I'm shore I can mention more if you like

getting people worked up to riot is not free speech even you lot have hate speech laws I believe funny how they not being used . If you don't then you should . there is a difference between free speech and hate speech . Also free speech is not absolute that is why most country's have Slander laws and you can sue pity many of you Yanks don't understand this
