Thankfully someone has stepped in to halt this nightmare:

Federal judge stays deportations under Trump Muslim country travel ban

There may be some here who don't have friends or colleagues from these countries who can't see how awful what Trump has done is. That's their shame.

I am so horrified watching this and painfully aware how it will effect decent good people who deserve better.

I came to post the news about this Esme, but you beat me to it.

Thanks for law abiding judges!

It really is like Nazi Germany.
It is Nazi America. If Rump continues there will be a crystal night where the "christians" do violence to others.

Small "c" and quotes because none of them are actually Christian, they are minions of Satan. There isn't a single bit of Jesus's teachings in their brains. Only pure evil hate.

I'll know it's over with when judges and or lawmakers start to 'disappear'. At that point you may not hear from me for awhile, as I'll probably disappear myself voluntarily.

Only possible if the rest of the world doesn't introduce a ban on Americans :-)

Palmistry- Types of hand (small, long, ordinary, primary, square ...)

Very Small hand

"Very Small hand: Persons of this kind of hand are narrow minded and suspicious by nature. They quarrel for small gains.
They give first priority for their selfish aims. They talk ill of others. They do not contribute anything for the society. "

Yeah, no need to add anything to that :-)

Maybe Eric & Angela will let us start a commune in their area?
We promise to work hard.

So has he broken the conflict of interest rules, as the ban doesn't seem to ban immigration from Muslim countries where he has business interests.

I'd say so- but I doubt he'll be held accountable.

The Latest: Official says ruling will not affect travel ban

"...The agency said the court order affected a relatively small number of travelers who were inconvenienced by security procedures upon their return.
The department's statement said: "President Trump's Executive Orders remain in place— prohibited travel will remain prohibited, and the U.S. government retains its right to revoke visas at any time if required for national security or public safety," according to the DHS statement..."

Previous presidents and their administration have never threatened the media or talked down directly to/about it....

In public perhaps, but there are some tapes of Nixon ...

Exactly. At least previous scummy presidents have had the decency to keep their plans/beliefs private.

And when hillary admitted to the banks which were giving her millions of dollars to keep the bankers rich when she gets in office mentioned that politicians have to lie in order to do this, (her exact words were, "you have to have a public position and a private position" or something like that), nobody took notice.

And you're scared of a brand new politician who is honest with you?

You have a weird understanding of honest.

Gee the "public" vs "private" thing is hard to understand isn't it? The idea that there's a policy position being advocated by a department that individuals in the department might have their own view on, yet not feel at liberty to express that private position as they don't want to jeopardize the policy (which they might also agree with). Is it your view that in such circumstances where a person's privately held views might not align perfectly with the publicly declared policy position, the person is now to be considered a liar? If no, then there's nothing to notice, if yes, then where are the thought police to ensure our public servants hold private views in 100% accordance with public policy positions? Should we expect judges, prosecutors and police to agree with the laws they help enforce?

Is an "honest politician", one that does not mention Jews or Anti-Semitism as part of a speech on Holocaust Remembrance Day? Writing the victims out of history is act of honesty?

Oh, that's right, facts don't matter.
I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ...

Sir Mo Farah: Olympic champion criticises Donald Trump's US travel ban
Sir Mo Farah was born in Somalia but only has a UK passport. He does his most of his training and lives in Oregon, but might not be able to return from a training session in Ethiopia.
"On 1 January this year, Her Majesty The Queen made me a Knight of the Realm. On 27 January, President Donald Trump seems to have made me an alien."
