In checking this morning I found that 20 participants with lower daily averages were ahead of 40 others with higher numbers. 3801 with 9221 while 3781 has 9162 as the recent average credit. Anyone else seeing it in another area?

Doesn't show like that. But perhaps the database was still being updated at the time you were there.

I did screen captures of it at 1217 UTC. :-)
