Connection Problems

I have been having connection problems. My connection is tethered through a phone at pretty much dial up speeds currently. When my client goes to get tasks, it gets a very long list of tasks to download. The problem is that it doesn't have the bandwidth to download a large amount of tasks at once, and it seems to spread my connection so thin that all of the downloads fail. Is there any work around? |

Lower your Store at least N days of work and Store up to an additional N days of work to 0 and 0 (zero) so BOINC isn't asking for such a large amount of tasks. And if that also doesn't work, set up the limited download & upload rate in the preferences (linking to the web preferences, but set this up in the local advanced preferences->Network if you use those instead) |
