can't edit my profile

i've been a member of seti for years, but today when i tried to edit my profile i received this message: To prevent spam, an average credit of 1.0 or greater is required to create or edit a profile. We apologize for this inconvenience. what does this mean and how do i fix it? thnx |

i've been a member of seti for years, but today when i tried to edit my profile i received this message: It's easy to fix 1: ATTACH a computer to seti@home , i just looked and no machines are attached to the project After step 1 Download some work units and complete them , after they have been returned to the servers and credit is granted your RAC will rise above 0 ( that's what it is now!!) and you will be able to edit your profile , post on boards etc Life is what you make of it :-) When i'm good i'm very good , but when i'm bad i'm shi#eloads better ;-) In't I " buttercups " p.m.s.l at authoritie !!;-) |

A recent average credit of 1.0 or more is required to stop commercial spammers from making accounts and immediately dumping their spam messages into a profile. |
