http://www.foxnews.com/health/2016/09/12/us-navy-sailor-gives-birth-on-aircraft-carrier-after-complaining-stomach-pains.html A sailor who complained of a stomachache recently gave birth to a healthy, 7-pound baby girl aboard the aircraft carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, the Navy told The Virginian-Pilot. The sailor, who was on the ship while it operated in the Persian Gulf, did not report she was pregnant because she said she did not know she was. Birthers ... Natural Born or not? Citizen? Note the article doesn't say if Mom or Dad were citizens. Does that make a difference? |

I would think it would be the same as being born on a US military base in a foreign country except no dual citizenship. ... |

Birthright citizenship? AKA Jus Soli. That's seems to be mostly only in North and South America the rule applies. Then: United Kingdom: Since 1 January 1983, at least one parent must be a British citizen or be legally "settled" in the country or upon the 10th birthday of the child regardless of their parent's citizenship status. I have a nephew born, raised and educated in the UK. He is not a British citizen according to my sister. Despite one parent is a British citizen and she has been legally "settled" in the country since 1982 or something and he is now about 25 years old. So much for Jus Soli in Europe:( |

[ Maybe we should ask Hillary, since she started the movement. I wish the movement had never started. In all seriousness though, if McCain is a natural born citizen, so is that baby. |
