Yes....chili does get better as it ages just a bit. I think so too, but my mother's dementia makes her describe things in a funny way. When I made chili a few months ago she didn't like it. She said it was too hairy and sour. I think she meant too spicy, but either way she cracked me up. The mind is a weird and mysterious place |
