Now that the assimilator is back on-line and things appear to be getting back to "normal", are there any plans to purge the database for older validated results soon? Back on Dec. 27 this was announced but I never saw it take effect on my account. (Did anyone else?) |

The deleter looks at the work unit, and determines if it has been "modified" over a week prior to examination (and all necessary processing steps are complete). Modified could be - updated because validation occured, or updated because assimilated, etc. |

So while right now a few older-than-usual results are available, I'm pretty sure the plan is to start purging again. Rob |

If nothing backlogged, this will be one week since last result either reported, or passed deadline. But, since the db_purger isn't continuously running, it will probably be a little more than 1 week even then nothing backlogged. ;) Anyway, a quick look shows they've purged some results last day or something. :) |
