Just wondering what the cutoff point for the different badges are, I have one for 'Top 25% in average credit', but wondering what I need to do to reach the next one?

This is my 1st post as well and I was wondering the same thing since I should be in the "Top 5% in average credit" according to http://www.allprojectstats.com/showuser.php?projekt=15&id=518637:

Position based on average credit : 6,267 out of 1,624,550
More RAC than % of all project users : 99.61429%

I've found some info by looking at the following page in the S@H Statistics section:
Top participants : http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/top_users.php

The problem is that the line between Top 25% and Top 5% (as well as 5% and 1%) is quite fuzzy! It could even be considered a bug with the S@H website.

As of 02:30 2016-05-12 (-0 GMT):
- the 1st Top 25% in RAC is in position 5553 http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/top_users.php?sort_by=expavg_credit&offset=5540, and
- the last Top 5% in RAC is in position 5915 http://setiathome.berkeley.edu/top_users.php?sort_by=expavg_credit&offset=5900
As for the pages in between, there are mixed with Top 25% and Top 5% badges.

My guess is the stats get updated more often than the badges do, or the badges get updated before the stats do.

Does anyone know if this should be reported as a bug?
If so, where should it be filed?

Hello Danny,
So to answer your Q, the answer is:
your RAC needs to be almost 6,000.
Anything above 5,700 should be good enough for now but considering that your RAC will fluctuate even if your crunching is consistent, you might find find yourself dropping in and out of the Top 5% category.

I noticed your PC is similar to mine (Mine`s an HP Z400)
I recently added a graphics card that more than doubled my point production.
After looking into many options, the simplest when it comes to performance and compatibility with the power supply was:
the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750 Ti for less than $200.
