I spotted this earlier today.
My RAC is about 10/k, almost the same as that of "Cloud and Data Center Management" (CDCM for short.
While skulking the "Top participants" list I spotted CDCM at the foot of the third page, and the top of the forth page, occupying both 60 and 61 - a clever trick, but not correct as the UID, scores etc are all the same....
One for someone to look at one day when there are enough Tuits in stock - if such an event ever happens!

This has been known to happen before.
It would appear that the pages are updated individually at times, and not as an entire list.
I have had times where I was somewhere in the 20-21 ranking and for a bit, did not appear on either page 1 or page 2.
