i have worked with seti@home on my other computers with no issue and im happy to do it. but i put it on this mac and it dosnt give me any graphics at all. in screen saver or in the task option it wont even let me open graphics in a new window. any of you have an idea why? |

You don't have any work units on this mac so it's kind of hard to tell what is going on with it. Do you have it set to accept work units? Secondly, it there a reason why you need the graphics? If you allow seti to run it will do so without needing the graphic part. |

The site's denying any knowledge of his computer now! I've recently re-enabled this project on my own MacBook Pro. The lack of graphics appears to be because there was no screensaver binary in the initial download. NG |

He now has work units as well as work units for his GPU. So now the question is, is he happy with it crunching and/or does he have/want the screensaver even though it is crunching the data. |
