My cp caught a bug a few days ago and I had to do some cleaning. I haven't received any new tasks for awhile now, so just checking to make sure the issue isn't from my side.

My machine is downloading normally.
I have repaired hundreds of computers, most of which were virus infections. One thing I have learned is that the payload of modern virus's makes changes to the registry. Those changes can be impossible to fix, without doing a clean installation, even removing the drive partitions, before rebuilding them.

One analogy I like to use is that if a tree falls on your car, you can remove the tree, but the car is still broken.

That may, or may not be your case, but I can say that my machine is downloading normally.
