Try unsweetened juice, like cran/apple or even grapefruit juice, that's strong, I had to add some 'sweet & low' to each glass, just to drink it, since the taste is more than a little, tart...

Having citrus trees in my back yard, I always have fresh-squeezed grapefruit and orang juice in the fridge. I usually mix the grapefruit juice with pineapple juice for that sweet-n-sour taste. But I have to be careful to thoroughly clean the jugs I use, otherwise the juice ferments. Pineapple-grapefruit wine, anyone?

I dream in color. But the two dreams that I still rember after more than 40 years are the two black and white dreams I had.
This shows how old I am, But after watching and old King Kong movie I had a black and white dream of him picking me up and throwing me in a lake.

The second dream I need to tell the back story. I was still a teen and had a dream of some killer trying to catch me. It seemed I was moving like frozen molasses as he chased me through out the house. That dream was in color. It was a few months later that I was dreaming in black and white. I was watching TV. ( we only had a black and white set then)That I saw an advertisement for a horror movie of the same dream I had in black and white. The trailer was the same dream I had. Im still amazed by that.

I dreamed once that I was playing football (socker).
I was about to score but I woke up with a pain in my foot.
Turned out that I had hit the wall against my bed.

I feel that a lot in my dreams - It's a very frustrating feeling.

I've never had any precog-type dreams, but my mother has.

I don't remember that command. Maybe I've already been assimilated.

Slept better this weekend than I have in almost two months.
Don't normally sleep well in hotels, but this bed is pretty firm,
and more comfortable than my 30-year-old mattress at home.
Might be time for a new one.

Buying a new mattress and bottom spring, yeah I'll have to do that,
possibly in 2016 or 2017, until then a piece of plywood between the
box spring(which is literally a box w/no springs) and the mattress
will just have to do.

Beds. Well, I prefer a softer mattress. Too firm, and I can't get comfortable.

I never hear about water beds anymore. I guess they were just a fad.

I saw a water bed when I was a kid, but after that nothing. I bought a too firm mattress years ago, My next one I'm thinking will be one of those Sleep Number mattresses, My Sister in law has one, She likes it, a mattress by itself is $600-800 in a Queen size.
