hello, i'm trying to get some 7950s to run for asteroids@home, but they don't seem to want to take any work, despite having the option to run while computer is in use is checked "ON" and i have modified the cc_config.xml file to run all GPUs. the computer in question is this one: https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/show_host_detail.php?hostid=211224 my other computer, as far as i know, actually does work (i think) when it is not in use, so i'm confused. i would love to get this 3x GPU rig up and running for you guys, but there is something amiss. thanks in advance! also, im not sure why my seti@home username is different from asteroids@home. is that normal? seems odd; same email address for both, but computers are not linked between both? ugg.. |

Asteroids@Home and SETI@Home are independent of each other, so your computers won't be linked - if you want to see your combined scores you will have to use one of the websites listed near the foot of the "Account" tab on the web page. Much the same goes for Asteroids not using your GPUs - post the question on the Asteroids at home forum https://asteroidsathome.net/boinc/forum_index.php As you choose your user name for each project, and can change your user name, then it is you who has decided to have different user names on different projects.
