The admins are very busy due to the recent integer changeover and subsequent additional problems.

I simply realized that posting as a guy when I was not, was about all I could posture after so many years.

I am a gurl. I do live in a man's closure at times.

I have simply come to the conclusion the being 165 and five foot nine has bnot made me a man for all of these years.

Just a few thoughts and thanks from the kittyman now.
\I know I am a hard nut to crack and some don't have the perseverence to ever get to the core of this nut.
I would like to believe that it is worth the work.

What it all boils down to is this.

I love the project, and support it in any way I can.
9 computers, thousands of dollars.
It costs me about $600.00 dollars a month to do what I do.

Six hundred divided by 30 days divided by 24 hours.
I do not have a working calculator...you do the math as to what it costs me per minute to run Seti.
My logic is down to that level at present. I probably do enough to calculate it to the second.

I only know I get the bill each month and work to pay it.

That adds up to a grand sum over the course of a year.

Some might call me a fool.
I do not believe I am.

I am sure there are more than a few here.
I know of one or two where I work, and the Seti community is many times larger.

For me, it was just one of those role playing things that I do at times.
For others, I am sure it is a much more real and personal issue, and not a game.
I certainly was not taking a swipe at them.

Got the Addco 325 rear sway bar installed on Toothless this morning...tight fit, but we got everything right on the first shot. Took about an hour.
Had upgraded the front bar from the stock 21mm to the station wagon 27mm version a few weeks ago, and the rear bar balances things out quite nicely.

Man, what a difference sway bars make on handling!!

Friday, a bit bigger job coming up.....
Going to swap in a new rack and pinion. Tighten things up a bit, and changing from the stock 3.2 turn lock to lock unit to the 'sport' 2.75 turn version. This might be a 3-4 hour job if all goes well.

Should make for some even nicer driving.

I don't know anything about sway bars, but a couple years ago I had the control arms and tie rod ends replaced on my '99 Saturn SC-1, and it made a huge difference!

Already did the control arm bushings and lower ball joints earlier this year.
The tie rod ends looked good at the time, but we'll give them another check when replacing the rack and pinion.

Sway bars = anti-roll bars in the UK.

Sway bars, roll bars, anti-sway bars, anti-roll bars, or stabilizer bars....LOL.
They are called a few different thingys.

They keep the body more level when cornering, maintaining front end alignment, and when properly balanced between front and rear, help all 4 tires do their part in handling the lateral forces.
I also noticed in the short bit of driving home, less 'wander' going down the road and a much more solid feel to the car in general.
