I recently started using BOINC on a Droid-OS phone. While I've grown accustomed to seeing it pause due to 'hot battery', I've found that if I a.) Turn off the phone, b.) Remove the battery, c.) Plug it in am turn it back on, and d.) Relaunch BOINC, it will run despite the "abnormal battery temperature" warning- which would also show up if the battery was super-hot. Is this a known thing?
