There's a couple on that search page that look like caskets or mausoleums. Of course, I don't think they are that, but just interesting shapes. I guess more recent hi-res cameras have changed the appearance of these shapes. I think the "face" was one of the more famous, too.

If I recall the rectangle was 3-4 km on a side. Bit big for a building. Of course...alien. Could have been the hangar for their intergalactic dirigible.

Some of the features referenced seem to require a stretch of the imagination while others would benefit from getting a closer look. It would change our concept of self to discover that Mars fostered the development of an advanced race of beings long before man made his appearance here on earth.
