Since The West cannot afford it: Solution to Global poverty?

There is no Global poverty.
Poverty are mainly in Africa and some in Asia.
Population growth are largest in Africa and not so much in Asia.
Child mortality are largest in Africa and not so much in Asia.
Child mortality leads to that too many children are born in a family.

The West cannot afford to bring people out of poverty?
Nonsense.
If the west help poor people out of poverty (not by money) a lot of problems in our World will be solved.
It's a win-win situation.

How long will it take?
Can Western Europe afford, perhaps millions (why not), of New Poor into their County's/Cultures, in the meantime?
How does Secular, and Tolerant Western Europe, assimilate all these Religious, Non-Tolerant people?
