Commenting on a culture is not racist.

Generalizing over a billion people from all over the world and judging them as 'barbaric' because they belong to a superficially similar group of people is racist as hell. You almost can't get more racist than that. Furthermore, you no longer get to use "its just 'commenting' on a culture" as an acceptable excuse.

As one who studied Anthropology many years ago as a university undergraduate observing and commenting on what we saw was a big part of what is done. That is what anthropology is. For a self proclaimed university student you are very eager to make a hasty generalilaztion.
