Without Oil Revenue: They can't support their growing populations.

yes Kong but there only 8th on the lists for reserves they have more gas then oil .
And as I did say UAE announced back in 1998 that they will run out in 2016 and there not the only ones that have problems with the oil as many have already hit peak oil back in 2000 .
