Hi,

I have just returned after being away a long time.
I installed BOINC Manager & SETI@HOME on Friday 5th Dec on a Laptop & PC
They are running Linux Lite 2.0(Ubuntu 14.04 derivative)

They picked up data over night of the 6th Dec, and they are working fine.
When I look Statistics Tab they show graphs that have a 1 day increment.

Now on 9th Dec I installed on another PC, installed and running O.K
But...
The Statistics Tab is showing a graph that starts on 11th Nov
and it is in increments of 3 days. So I have a flat line 11th Nov to 9th Dec
Then a very sharp rise.
I have not found any settings for Graph settings... Any ideas/input welcome.

Dave

The statistics tab is a per computer thing in BOINC Manager. It shows credit/RAC readings done at contact points with the server, e.g. when reporting work or requesting more work. At such a contact point, the server sends the details on how much credit your account has, how much RAC it has and those for the individual computers as well. These get plotted onto the Statistics graph.

The default graph is 30 days long. If you want to see a bigger graph (if you have the plot points for it), you can add the following cc_config.xml file to BOINC:

<cc_config>
<options>
<save_stats_days>720</save_stats_days>
</options>
</cc_config>

The above will save plot points for 720 days.
Mind, BOINC will do this for all projects attached, and it will store those points in the statistics_*.xml file(s) in the BOINC Data directory (depending on whether you installed BOINC from repository or through the Berkeley installer, it depends on where your data directory is). These may grow to quite a size then.

Hi Ageless,

Thanks...
I installed from repository via Synaptic
The graphs are present, but one is incorrect time frame.

This one is O.K from 1 PC, the graph shows increments of 1 day.installed 6th Dec

This is the problem one, the graph increments 3 days at a time
It shows 30 days from Nov, I installed this 9th Dec, this is actually Linux Mint 17.

Many Thanks... Dave
