Did that on a bus in Hawai'i a time or two. Going from Waikiki to Pearl Harbor, wound up out in Eva Beach. Fortunately had some Shipmates who lived out there, crashed at their place. But there was that one time I woke up in Haliewa on the North Shore ... slept under a palm tree on the beach (you could safely do that back then) and caught the first bus back in the morning....

Even if safe to do so (which it definitely is not) Brighton's beaches are heavily laced with HUGE big pebbles. Probably ideal for giving princesses with pea issues some perspective, but I'd have probably opted to overnight in a skip or a roomy bin :)

Saw my mum today :) She's very sore and confused and didn't have a clue who I was - but not to worry :) She didn't seem to mind me hanging around :)

Yep :) next step - getting her to ask if she can come and live with me when she leaves the hospital :))))
