Lol, they took into account my music taste? Really? Because obviously, psychopaths have a predisposition towards certain tastes in music? |

Lol, they took into account my music taste? Really? Because obviously, psychopaths have a predisposition towards certain tastes in music? No, that was a follow-up question asked after you took the test. That way they could offer some "fun facts" after the test such as stating "Of those that took the test and have psychopathic tendencies, most preferred fish as a pet, 51% were male; 40% were female, and the most popular music choices were rap and heavy metal". The follow-up questions were obviously not weighted with scoring your personality. |

A misconception is creeping into this discussion. Musicians are not psychopaths. Read K. Dutton's book. |

Oh dear! How dare you! :) Thinking about it though, i'm a chemist by training, Angela Merkel is also a chemist and Germany seems to be doing well. Thatcher was a chemist and apparently the 1980s were pretty good for Britain. (I wasn't born for much of it). Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

Now there's a thought! Any "good" chemists amongst our lot? |

45% Though your conscience is in the right place you also have a pragmatic streak and generally aren’t afraid to do your own dirty work! You’re no shrinking violet - but no daredevil either. You generally have little trouble seeing things from another person’s perspective but, at the same time, are no pushover. ‘Everything in moderation – including moderation’ might sum up your approach to life. rOZZ Music Pictures |

Wingdi has 25% You are warm and empathic with a heightened awareness of social responsibility and a strong sense of conscience. You like to carefully weigh up the pros and cons of a situation before you act and are generally averse to taking risks. You are very much a ‘people person’ and dislike conflict. ‘Do unto others…’ are your watchwords. But, although you avoid hurting others, those residing at the higher end of the psychopathic spectrum might not be as considerate, so stay vigilant to avoid being hurt unnecessarily. rOZZ Music Pictures |

That was an interesting test, thanx Es:) I came across it on another forum and I know from the evil thread it is a topic people find interesting. Reality Internet Personality |

Now there's a thought! Any "good" chemists amongst our lot? Well, I'm a chemical engineer. Not the same, but I do have second-year chemistry behind me. My country might profit from a good leader with a chemistry background. Our current one has no formal schooling at all. And it shows! |

Now there's a thought! Any "good" chemists amongst our lot? Who says Obama was a failure? Despite the obstruction of the right wing he got a lot of things done. He fixed the economy that Bush Jr broke. He made a start at fixing your healthcare system. He is working on fixing your broken immigration system For fixing a economy that was in such a deep hole alone he should get credit. He saved your asses. Reality Internet Personality |

For fixing a economy that was in such a deep hole alone he should get credit. He saved your asses. But he didn't. The fixes were in place before he was sworn in for his first term. At least his advisers stopped him for screwing with them and causing a mega collapse. But he did put in place a nice Reagan style tax credit, "the making work pay credit" and a social security tax reduction hastening the bankruptcy of the trust fund. |
