Obviously the wrong validator is in use. The one over at Beta should be used, it seems to be much more agreeable, http://setiweb.ssl.berkeley.edu/beta/workunit.php?wuid=6611955

The AP validators here would also ignore all the signals with peak_power=1.#IO (infinity). On that basis, the results do match.
