Hello Crunchers!

I'm testing a system I just finished setting up, but Asteroid is down several days. Anyone who can suggest a project which uses cuda/GPU?? Has to be a standard like with Asteroid, my Boinc is pretty much standard ;)

Why not SETI? Seti MB GPU crunching uses CUDA too.

You could also look at http://www.gpugrid.net/. Their long runs last for 8-12 hours on the fastest cards, and stress them pretty much to the max throughout. That's the toughest CUDA test (cuda60) I know of in the BOINC world, and it's doing real (biochemical/biomedical) science in the process.

Primegrid and Einstein both have standard Nvidia apps.

When asking questions like that don't expect people to go and check your computers
You have to stress that you use only Linux

Hi,

Thanks a lot guys ;) I'll check it out... Forgot to mention the Linux part as "BilBg" so friendly enlightened me about ;) And BilBg is quite right too.. sorry about that guys..

BilBg, I did learn something from you though ;) I know, to get Linux/GPU crunching on the SETI jobs, I'll have to set it up. It's not standard for a Linux dude ;) I'll remember and I will come to that whenever my tests are over ;)

Thanks Guys,
