Thanks TL... and Byron... okay the sololumneywhatdjermecallitessence didn't work... will have another go... maybe with a bit of Carl Sagan's cosmos... at least if I don't sleep it'll be more fun than watching the inside of my eyelids for another three hours :) TL! I CAN'T FIND CARL SAGAN'S COSMOS!!! :/ I'm sure I could ask my doctor for something... possibly even a straitjacket without him blinking an eye... but with the constant possibility of either my mum or my other half needing help during the night, I'm not sure how safe they'd be in my care... :/ so I've yet to explore that route. |

My generic Ambien is Zolpidem. I'm going to make a stab at not taking it tonight. I took the melatonin and I think it's kicking in. I f@#d up... Ziprasidone is my generic Geodon for my Bi-Polar Disorder... Ooops... Zolpidem is what Annie should be asking for. [EDIT] That's what I get for being on 12 meds per month... I start mixing names up... :-/ TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |

Annie :) Awwwwwwwwww :) Lynn... that's so sweet of you :) I will definitely try that tonight! Thankyou! *read note from TL* *cross out Ziprasidone* *write Zolpidem instead* :) Sure I would sleep better if the doctor hadn't taken my mum off her sleeping tablets :/ Well - better get on with the day... :) |

I took a Zolpidem tonight after not taking it the last two nights. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

I took a Zolpidem tonight after not taking it the last two nights. Typically; a regular 30 day supply, prescribed by my psychiatrist, usually lasts me a year. I just don't take it that much; thankfully. TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |

I did sleep better with it than without. I promised the sleep doctor I wouldn't take it if I wasn't going to use the CPAP. Right now, it's kicking in. Time to feed the cat, visit the euphemism, put water in the CPAP, and settle down for the night. She will be missed, Chris. I hope she gets a new monitor, (preferably LCD), soon. TimeLord04 Have TARDIS, will travel... Come along K-9! Join Calm Chaos |
