31,393 ahead on todays dumping (at 10:00 pm)

Only 12,793 behind in total!

I wonder if they are stashing?

Just hours left for the mother of all stomps!!! SETI Germany battled admirably, but it appears it can not resist any longer.

Not pointed at any one person TBH. Just a reason why we may have prolonged the inevitable. I was fortunate that I was able to leave my work farm on over the holidays. Obviuosly not everyone would have been so lucky.

I am not going to celebrate too much until we are a good few cobblythingies clear. I am sure that SG are not going to take this lying down.

Let the battle commence ;-)

They seem to be resisting quite well at the moment, the gap has been around 10k since yesterday and the production levels are very even!

Well well what can we say? SETI Germany has performed another
Houdini's incredible escape!

Congratulations to you and your team Hans. I am still waiting for you to explain how you manage this artistic act. You let OcUK get ever so near and then you cruelly get away again!

Yeah, I did see us within 1,000 of the germans at one point this afternoon, but it's been all downhill since then!

Actually, I have not the slightest idea, what's going on.
Everytime the validator catches up from a backlog, seti.germany catches up.
When everything is back to normal, we lose again.

I would have thought, when so many users are added together, there shouldn't be any large fluctuations at all.

Regards Hans

If it is then OcUK are in serious trouble - still holding out (or rather bOrkeley interfering with the stomp) ahead. Keep on SG - don't make this easy for us - not that I expected you to.

Whoohooo!!!!

Been away for a few days with out the benefit of the web :(

It was hard but we got there in the end. Just got to pull out a bit of a lead now to make it stick.

@ Hans Dorn

You still lead the overall Boinc stats though ;)

What is going on here? SETI Germany very very quietly have been claiming back and are about to re-take Platz 1! Is there something wrong OcUK? Is it that hard to keep the lead and make it stick? 8(

Hi, I like the updated graphics, especially the new status line at the bottom :o)

I'd say we have to wait until SG or OcUk have come apart for 100.000 cobblers at least, before we can declare a winner.

Regards Hans

P.S:

Come on Seti.Germany, keep on crunching :o)

Hi Hans I can see you are a happy man! I've seen your "Hi-Ho Hi-Ho" thread. I think your 100,000 cobblestones suggestion is good. It sounds a reasonable target for declaring the winner of this particular battle. I don't know what Dunc & Co think about this challenge.

Have you noticed that the Cobblebeat Graph is a very reliable indicator of the “health” of the BOINC Validator? We can see that the validator has stopped working 3h ago. We also know that the hourly return of each team, under normal circumstances, is about 8,000-10,000 cobblestones. Anything less than this indicates trouble with the infamous Validator!
