I think I have the naming schema mostly figured out; can anyone verify, correct or expand on what I have? Using SHGb02+14a...

SH - SETI@home?
Gb - Gaussian (barycentric)?
02 - Right ascencion
+14 - Declination
a - First detection from this location?
