You grow a dependence much faster than you think! My sleep doctor recommended it. Doctors and pills, argh... Have you tried any Valerian or Passiflora, they're both 100% natural products. How high a dose is it legal to give to my mum do you think? :) Her new doctor decided she needed weening off her zopiclone. It's hell... :) now she sleeps when I need her to be awake (and I have to be awake) and is awake when I REALLY NEED HER TO BE ASLEEP because I can be asleep... Then... by the time she IS asleep... I'm so wound up I can't be asleep WHEN I REALLY NEED TO BE ASLEEP :) Ooh... I didn't mean that to sound quite that selfish but aaaaaaaaaaarrrrrrrrrrrggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhh :) We understand, Annie. Might ponder on the photographs my sister sent me today of my nephew windsurfing... (pic below is NOT one of them I hasten to add :)) I don't get it. He's upright. In ALL of them. HOW?! I was NEVER upright! I was either flat on my back in the water or face down in the sail. All I can think is that he must be doing something wrong :) Of course it's probably just as well I never got the hang of it... I imagine I might have found turning round a bit of a problem too...
