Cloudy, cold, and windy, with a shower not out of the question. In other words, a typical Cubs home opener. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Goodness, our town igloo (Where the town government meets.) is starting to melt, and there is no money in the budget to turn the cooling unit on....... Man, where is the cold when you need it! |

What a wierd day it started out as. Windy as all get out. Rain mixed with snow. And chilly. That was at noon. After the wife and I went to the movies and saw Captain America. It was cloudy and windy as all get out. After our dinner at Red Lobster it was sunny and windy as all get out. It never got to warm here at all. The weather guessers say Sunday will be nice. Lets see how good they guess:) [/quote] Old James |

Well to bad for the town igloo, but the world is waking up again from its winter sleep. We have a wonderful sunny day to throw on a nice BBQ, the first truly good day of the year. |

We should have a few sunny days here before rain comes back. Hopefully the ground will dry out enough so that I can mow the yard before the next lot gets here. Cheers. |

85F today, forecast 86-92F depending on how far south and west of Fresno you go. 80F in Yosemite Valley. Those are Summer temps, not early Spring.... Donald Infernal Optimist / Submariner, retired |

Car was wet when I came out of the house. We *might* get another sprinkle in the afternoon. 60s tomorrow through Sunday, then 45 Monday. No longer saying "near 70" Thursday. David Sitting on my butt while others boldly go, Waiting for a message from a small furry creature from Alpha Centauri. |

Well another wonderful day is going to happen here. I must say that I am rather disappointed in the deafening silence shown by the other Setizens in the forms over the loss of our town igloo due to the lack of funding in the air-cooling budget that our community has..... |
