For Irishmen they owe the government £1 a week. At least we're helping to clear our deficit, unlike your government just adding to it :) |

Better yet as you adore coalitions is a combination.... What a ridiculous idea, next you'll be suggesting the Lib-Dems form a coalition with the Tor...oh wait. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

They're running out of sheep in Wales, better rush back there then as we don't want them to feel lonely. |

Out of the Home Nations, the Welsh are more famous for liking their sheep so you can continue bleating as much as you like. |

that is no reason to abandon professional journalistic practice In order to abandon a thing, mustn't one previously have it? I think you'll find it's a bit more complicated than that ... |

Today we have another example of typical down market tabloid reporting. The Waily Fail has 40mm high headlines on it's front page proclaiming To countenance your extreme hatred of the press, here's the same from the Baghdad Broadcasting Company..... New £1 pound with the value of threepenny bit |

To countenance your extreme hatred of the press, here's the same from the Baghdad Broadcasting Company..... What the BBC headline actually says is: "New pound coin designed to combat counterfeiting" |

...with the value of threepence :-) how much was it worth in 1937 on its introduction? And rather than comment on how little difference between the Mail & BBC, you attack me because of my humorous link title. You really are so predictable! |

And rather than comment on how little difference between the Mail & BBC, Oh come off it. Mail: "£1 coin is to be scrapped" BBC: "New pound coin designed to combat counterfeiting" One of these headlines is informative and summarises the story in question, and the other is designed to provoke outrage in people who haven't read the story yet. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |

The Waily Fail has 40mm high headlines on it's front page proclaiming 624 x 351 pixels, hardly little. Life on earth is the global equivalent of not storing things in the fridge. |
