Examine downloaded work units for largest estimated run time and force that unit to use GPU when GPU finishes current work unit.

Nice idea, but technically very difficult to implement as the internal data and processing patterns of the CPU & GPU applications are somewhat different and not readily transported between the two, and this is made even worse by there being at least two major families of GPU....
