This is what it reads now all the time even if I am just looking at the Boinc Manager. What do I do. This has been working just fine until now

Go to your account, computing preferences and set Suspend work when non-BOINC CPU usage is above x% to zero or 100.

When you use local advanced preferences, set it through there.

Did what you said and also went to advance but it still only went a little bit before it went back to "Suspend". Than I change "While processor usage is less than ___%(0 means no restriction)When I changed this to "0" from 25% it worked. Thank You very much for your assistance.
