I was wonderin if someone could help me out to get started .. downloaded BOINC software and it's up and running nice and smoothly, only with other groups ..? SETI@home isn't working ! in the notices window, i have the message from account manager "permanent HTTP error" since i downloaded it.. It's frustrating coz i dont anderstand why it says this, i'm pretty sure i followed the steps right but i guess i might have missed smthn ... can anyone help ?? i cant wait to get started .. :)

In the BOINC Manager under "Status" I keep getting a message that "defers" for five minutes with a countdown clock. When it runs out it starts again. I am expecting a screen saver image that shows a rendition of calcultions but only getting a bouncing log.
