It is Tuesday afternoon / evening. There is a regularly scheduled maintenance outage on Tuesdays. Generally it takes a couple of days to clear the backlog of requests and downloads after the outage.

There are three different things you can do about this.

1) Add a few other BOINC projects.
2) Increase the size of your queue. (Helps a bit next time.)
3) Just wait it out.

This is what I did... I currently have SETI set to 75%, but it's currently returning about 35%.

2) Increase the size of your queue. (Helps a bit next time.)
Tried this. Mostly unsuccessfully. On this PC (quad core), I currently have 1 SETI unit running and none "ready to run". Under SETI@Home computing preferences...
Network usage
Maintain enough tasks to keep busy for at least: 0.5 days
(max 10 days).

Default is 0.1 days.
... and up to an additional: 0.5 days
Default is 0.2 days (IIRC).

3) Just wait it out.
Yup. See suggestion #1 so your PC can continue crunching...

Good luck,
Arryn
