This is old and new news. It has been public knowledge for a while that this was the only source of information that was used to make the decision to go to war and other handlers questions his word. Bush was a little to eager to to take his word instead of what others were telling him. On the other hand, we now have the truth from the horses mouth which is new.

Right, so smart he fails to realize he isn't in a courtroom any more with all the TV lights, cameras and microphones when he called a press event. As he is so smart he had to know he was in Washington DC, where the list from say 18 USC 2256 would be the acts covered as he was on Federal property and did the acts on Federal property. Stop spreading the fertilizer and realize Shrub was just following precedent.
