Well the big question is "Which stats?" Your account page stats are taken in realtime from the database. The leader boards on the seti site are also taken from the database but are cached to lessen the load on the database server. The cache expires every couple of hours or so IIRC. The XML stats that I and the other 3rd party stats sites use are only exported once per day at the moment. Not too long ago it was every 4 hours and I really wouldn't mind seeing that kind of frequency again since they seem to have worked out the major performance problems. Guess we will probably have to wait at least until they get their hardware changed around the way they want it.
