I have my project resource share set at the following;
CPDN 42.5%
LHC 37.5%
SAH 19%
Pirates 1% (just to try and get some every time I connect)

My RAC is
CPDN 203 = 46.03%
LHC 169 = 38.3%
SAH 69 = 15.6%
Pirates 0

Well done BOINC developers on this one...it appears to work well!

However, there are some problems. It doesn't work with short deadlines, low resource shares or slow machines. Some more attention needs to be paid to deadlines.
