"hardware upgrade of the upload/download disk array" you say? Well... Where from? Is it possible the true transition from SETI Classic has begun.
Is BOINC 4.13 stable enough to aquire hardware from Classic?
I see only relativly minor complaints of BOINC on this board recently.
OK. Let's go!

There is a completely new GUI comming, and there is a long list of bugs to fix before the switchover. I am hoping that this is a nice donated machine of some sort.

Their servers are always going to be the weakest links.
This is much, much more complex than seti classic.

It is not yet in Alpha test, so I have no real idea.

I glad they warned us :) But I hope they not shutting classic down yet .I've only got 122 WUs to due to reach 1000.Now I know it dosen't mean much now that non of those credits will be transfered to the new,but I means alot to me .Maybe I'm just being selfish.Oh well,I can always put both boxes working BOINC.We all have to make sacrifices:(
