Version 4.13 of the core client is now available. Version 4.12, which contained various bug fixes, including one pertaining to file upload problems, was released two days ago. Version 4.13 contains an additional bug fix involving a rare case where user permissions weren't being understood correctly by the client.

It's not a lot of information, but it get directly to the point. This is exactly what we need to see, to make us feel like there's a good reason to do yet another D/L and installation.
