A version update only days after 4.12 was released.

And 4.12 seemed to be doin fine for me. But if they're happy to call these things "Public Release" i'll keep updating. Makes me wonder though, how much are they changing with each release? Wouldn't it be nice to know what problems are fixed with each update.

Anyways, keep this rate of update up and we can expect BOINC 5.01 sometime in the near future.

Haha.

Not if you're used to Microsoft products.

Well, they replaced the gerbils (running on the wheel) with white mice, mainly because you get more out of white mice.

I understand they're trying to get Hooters to sponsor a screen saver in that version, but that's only a rumor at this point. :o)

Stewie: So, is there any tread left on the tires? Or at this point would it be like throwing a hot dog down a hallway?

I'd hope that all members of the BOINC projects would be eager for Berkely to pursue this option. Maybe there will be a new project to determine, scientifically of course, the best size, shape and firmness of those things commonly known as Hooters.
