Most do. It's called "Sales Tax" or "Goods and Services Tax (GST)."

I'm referring to debt. It's created when a creditor agrees to lend a sum of assets to a debtor. The more I think on it, in therms of mathematics, the end behavior of financial agreements are for the most part more consistent. Though I could be wrong...
