Yet you've not provided one shread of evidence to counter anything I've said other than saying the military is providing foreign aid. I believe we shoud not stop foreign aid, but I do think there are better ways to spend our mony than by giving away weapons. Here are some statitistics to chew on:

Sorry, one was an old link. People do tend to forget that BIA is 100% foreign aid.
