I'm trying to get setiahtome to run in verbose mode. How can I pass in the -verbose flag to the setiathome project when running within the boinc framework?

As far as I know, this isn't possible. If you just want to monitor progress of your projects under BOINC, try something like BOINCprog or BOINCView (requires WINE).
