this thing is taking like 8 hours to run a wu on my amd quad 9500 with 3megs ram. Hell it was running wus faster with theotimised apps and no cuda. I'm useing the sandard app plus boinc 6.4.7 it say's or reads .o5cpus +1cuda this is the cs_config i used.

My 8500GT runs CUDA workunits out in less than 20 mins normally. Make sure that your graphics card drivers are up to date.
You also may want to try to use BOINC 6.6.15, it seems to run CUDA much better, especially on my machines.
