I got a computer that has G35 chipset and 9800 GT. I tried Boinc 6.4.5 to 6.6.11 but whenever the Inte' chipset drivers are installed, the BOINC could only "occasionally" find CUDA device. Sometimes the CUDA device is found and WU being crunched (only 1 out of 20 times of reboots i would say), but after reboot, the CUDA device couldnt be found...
It works fine though if the graphic chipset drivers are not installed.
The driver for the GPU is up-to-date, 182.08. I tried several Win OS' e.g. Win XP x86-Win Server 2008 x64, but this condition remained the same.

Does anybody have this same weird behavior of BOINC?

I would recommend you try upgrading to 6.6.15, it seems to run CUDA more effectively. I have been running it for over 2 weeks now without error.
It is worth noting that it is a development version still, and may have bugs etc.
