Uninstall BOINC through Add/Remove Programs.
Move the remaining BOINC directory to the new drive.
Restart the BOINC installer.

Depending on which version you have:
BOINC 5.10 and before...
On the third screen in the installer, you'll find a Change... button. Click that. You can now change the path of the BOINC directory. Make sure you point it to the BOINC directory you just moved to the other drive.

Click OK until you are at the screen where you choose which installation type to take and continue from there.

BOINC 6.2 and above...
On the third screen in the installer, you'll find an Advanced button. Click that. Make sure you point the BOINC Data directory path to the BOINC directory you just moved to the other drive. The BOINC executable directory can stay at the default place, but if need be you can point that to a new position on the other drive as well.

If need be, make changes to the way you install BOINC, then click OK until the installer starts installing BOINC.
