Hello!

Whenever I try to open the http://setiathome.berkeley.edu site I get it in Bulgarian (it's OK - I am in Bulgaria). But the encoding is a mess. It is served/detected as UTF-8, but the actual encoding is Windows-1251. So, any respected browser (IE7/8, FF2/3, Opera 9) with Encoding set to Auto will display garbage. It happens on all my machines (3) properly set with Bulgarian locale.

Please, re-save the templates for Bulgarian.
