Can anyone look at these no.'s and tell me what changes to make to my preference settings for optimal performance CPU type Intel(R) Celeron(R) CPU 2.70GHz Pentium Number of CPUs 1 Operating System Microsoft Windows XP Home Edition, Service Pack 1, (05.01.2600.00) Memory 246.98 MB Cache 976.56 KB Swap space 606.5 MB Total disk space 31.7 GB Free Disk Space 25.13 GB Measured floating point speed 1724.4 million ops/sec Measured integer speed 3665.25 million ops/sec Average upload rate 4.33 KB/sec Average download rate 27.09 KB/sec Do work while computer is running on batteries? Looks pretty good. I would sugest changing the queue to 2 to 3 days (1 to 2 if you also run predictor), and use no more than 50% of disk space. John Keck BOINCing since 2002/12/08 |
