Is there a way to stop the data analysis display from wobbling around? I would like to see it staionary on top of the moving starfield.

how did you do it?


Go into your account preferences and select "setiathome preferences". You will see settings that control the graphic display. Set the different "rotation" numbers to zero and it will stop it from "wobbling". Matter of fact you can play around with all of those settings to see what effect it has on it. Be sure tu click on "update" in the boinc manager after you have saved your changes to have them take effect. Boinc knows nothing about changes made on the website preferences until either you hit the update button or it connects to report a result or download new work. So if you want to make the changes take effect immediately you have to hit the "update" button.

ive tried what you r askinking and i cant figure it out if you do please contactct me again it drives mr NUTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
